SIOS Launches Software that Streamlines and Improves Meeting Productivity

SIOS and Sargasso Jointly Develop Boxed Edition for “eXtreme Meeting”

On April 1, SIOS Technology, Inc. (HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo, representative director and president: Nobuo Kita, listed on TSE Mothers as: 3744, to be referred to as SIOS hereafter) will launch “eXtreme Meeting”, a software product that significantly streamlines and improves meeting productivity.
“eXtreme Meeting” is a unique software product that manages meetings and projects, with a particular focus on recording meeting minutes and distributing them among meeting participants. Immediately after implementing this software, users will be able to clarify meeting decisions, shorten the time required for confirming the meeting minutes, and manage progress of to do items, thereby significantly improving business productivity.
SIOS has positioned “eXtreme Meeting” as a new pillar of its “SIOS Application” series, a software lineup for improving productivity of the businesses engaging involving collaborative activities.

This product was jointly developed by SIOS and Sargasso K.K. (hereafter, “Sargasso”) as a boxed edition based on “eXtreme Meeting” provided by Sargasso via ASP(*1). New development has been done and the sales structure has been completely reformed inn response to requests from mid-sized and large-sized companies, whose ASP usage is limited due to their security policies.

　SIOS’s goal is to sell 100 units in the first Fiscal Year.
