SIOS Technology (the "Company") hereby commits that "The Company will continuously create the reformative technology, and contribute to the progress of society.". The Company aims to provide satisfactions to all of our customers, stockholders, and employees. Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in August, 2004, The Company is enterprising the compliance management to achieve further trustworthy from all our customers. The Company declare that we protects Personal Information by handling the customers' and employees' Personal Information strictly.
The Company observes the governing laws and the standards concerning Personal Information such as Personal Information Protection Law and JIS Q 15001 (the "Laws") to fulfill the obligation as the enterprise that treats Personal Information, and as follows, takes care of Personal Information indirectly kept from the customer and the employee by entrusting and directly.
Intentions of Persons in questions are esteemed.
- According to the legal requirements and the common law, the Company collect the Personal Information (the "Information") only when its purpose of usage, the range of handling entities and the range of handling are clarified to the persons in questions (as for the minor is guardians) who are agreed to it. Before we change the purposes of the usage, we will receive the consent from the persons in questions.
- We collect the sensitive Information. only when we receive the agreement from the persons in questions or the laws require to disclose.
- Moreover, we do not use or provide the Information beyond the consented purpose of the usage or the requirement of the Law.
- We will disclose, correct, delete and unused the Information upon the request from the person from whom we receive the Information in a reasonable period of time.
Securing of Information.
- In consideration of the content and the scale of our business, the Company will collect, use and provide the Information. We prevent from the unlawful computer access destruction, the loss, the downfall, damage, the falsification, and the leakage, and, in addition, we seek improvement towards these. So as not to do handling that exceeds a necessary range for target achievement that won consent or ranges of the request based on the law we will manage the Information appropriately.
