2. Determining the specifications

Determining the optimum specifications: for example, choice of single-sign on, account synchronization, and password synchronization; gradual transition; customization

3. Designing

Defining the system configuration, setting contents, and customization contents in detail based on the determined specifications and describing them in design documents

4. Construction and introduction

Conducting infrastructure construction in accordance with the design document, customized development, and introduction

5. Testing

Performing function tests jointly with the customer, in accordance with the assumed scenarios about how the system will be used.

6. Operation training

Describing such procedures in instruction manuals as user addition/deletion, system start/stop, status information/log check, and troubleshooting; and providing a guidance regarding operations

7. Maintenance support

Providing maintenance support including Q & A with mail and phones.
